WHAT TO EXPECT ON BOARD
Navigation and unspoiled landscapes
As you sail across the sea, you’ll see towering cliffs and remote coves. With a bit of luck, you might spot dolphins swimming next to the boat. In addition, San Pietro Island is home to the majestic Falco della Regina, a rare bird of prey that nests on the cliffs.
Swimming and snorkeling stops
During the day, we will stop in at least two bays with turquoise and well-sheltered waters, ideal for swimming or snorkeling. We have a minimum of snorkeling equipment on board, but you should bring your own for an even more personal and complete experience.
Stop in Carloforte?
Generally, the sailing trip takes place entirely on board to offer you a complete experience. However, by booking the boat exclusively, you can request a stop in the characteristic village of Carloforte.
Here you can stroll through the characteristic alleys, discover the tabarchino culture and, if you wish, buy local products. A perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the tradition of the island of San Pietro.
Lunch on board: quality and attention
Our crew will prepare a menu with local ingredients from our sea and our land at km 0 and of the highest quality!
Aperitif with wine and appetizers
Appetizer and first dish of sea, according to the local catch
Seasonal fruit and afternoon dessert (a cuddle before return)
Drinks included during meals: water, wine, coffee and myrtle.

Who can participate in the sailing trip?
Boarding for children under 4, pregnant women and people with disabilities is at the discretion of the Commander who must be notified in advance. Pets are only allowed on request.
What to bring for a perfect boat trip: our tips
Book early to secure your spot, especially in the summer months.
If you are seasick, take precautions before boarding.
Bring a camera or smartphone and your device is fully charged and ready to capture every memorable moment of your adventure. However, if necessary, it can be recharged on board.
Beach towel (sponge or microfiber recommended)
Appropriate clothing: wear comfortable clothes suitable for the marine climate and bring with you a wind jacket, if necessary. Remember that you are barefoot on board: in special cases you can use shoes with a light sole, as long as it is clean.
Sunscreen (NO SPRAY) and a cap to protect yourself from the sun and keep your skin safe from UV damage.
Sunglasses to protect the eyes from dazzling light and ensure a clear view of the crystal-clear sea.
Snorkeling equipment: we have some snorkeling kits on the boat, but you should bring your own. In addition, we have available tubes for floating and practical lifeguards not bulky ideal for those who are not so familiar with the sea.
Do not bring umbrellas: we would not know where to put them! In addition, the boat is very comfortable and has shady spaces.

Rules on board
It is not allowed to bring towels or equipment from the sea with sand to avoid damage to the boat. In the event of infringement, a fine of €200 shall be imposed.
THE SAILING SHIP
This is an elegant two-masted wooden sailing ship, which combines the charm of vintage boats with modern comforts; mt. long and mt wide. 4,50 gives poetry, security and stability to our excursions.
In addition, it is equipped with all the comforts:
Large sunbathing areas with cushions and deck chairs, shade awnings, shower and toilet facilities, ladder to comfortably climb up from the water, spacious tables for a convivial lunch on board.

IS IT SAILING?
The itinerary involves a mixed navigation, alternating sail and motor according to the sea weather conditions. Our priority is to offer the authentic sailing experience, taking advantage of the wind whenever possible.
The meeting time is at 09:30 or do you leave at that time?
Daily excursions depart at 10:00 (unless otherwise agreed). To avoid delays, we recommend arriving a little early.
What is the itinerary of the tour?
Unless otherwise agreed, the route runs between Sant'Antioco Island and San Pietro Island, touching the most suggestive points. The itinerary may vary slightly depending on weather and sea conditions.
What are the departure and return times?
Daily excursion: 10:00 - 16:30
Sunset tour: 18:00 - 21:00
Departure and return take place from the port of Calasetta.

How many bathing stops are planned?
Two or three bathing stops are usually made, depending on the course of the day.

Can you visit the caves?
The visit to the caves depends on the itinerary and weather conditions.
Can you go down to the beach for a swim?
Usually the stops take place in coves not accessible from land. However, if conditions permit and/or there is a landing lane for the dinghies, it may be possible.
For those who do not know how to swim or are afraid of the high water, we provide floats for a safe bath, always with the assistance of the crew.
Do you do the full tour of St Peter’s Island?
It is not always possible to make the full tour, because we prefer a relaxing and pleasant sailing. This option is only available on request, with exclusive rental and favourable marine weather conditions.
