  • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are mandatory.
  • For those wishing to swim with the horses, we recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, and a dry change of clothes.
  • The activity is carried out in small groups ranging from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 10 participants.
  • Children may participate by choosing either the dedicated Pony Experience or the 1-hour tour with the guide, subject to staff evaluation.
  • On the family tour, children will ride exclusively with the guide and not with their parents.
  • The Pony Experience follows a separate itinerary from the 1- or 2-hour horseback riding tours.
  • Children’s participation in the adult horse tour is subject to age, weight, and guide assessment.
  • Swimming with the horses is subject to weather and sea conditions and the guide’s discretion.
  • For animal welfare and group safety, staff may modify the itinerary, duration, or experience format at any time if necessary.
