What We’ll Do — Cala Luna Trekking Experience
Between wild canyons and the iconic sea of the Gulf of Orosei
Powerful nature, epic views and crystal-clear waters.
Imagine a trail descending through wild mountains and Mediterranean scents, with the sea suddenly opening on the horizon. Cala Luna is one of the most iconic places in eastern Sardinia: majestic caves facing the beach, towering cliffs and unreal turquoise waters.
We’ll cross timeless landscapes shaped by nature — limestone canyons, ancient mule tracks and centuries-old junipers — until reaching the wide Codula di Luna canyon. Here the trek turns into pure wonder: smooth granite rocks, natural pools and blooming oleanders painting the gorge in color.
After the hike comes the best reward: a long swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Orosei and a relaxing packed lunch in the shade of the large sea caves. Guests who prefer can return by boat, enjoying a scenic coastal ride back.
